Charles Henry was born June 26, 1843 in Saint John, N. B. He was the son of William Fletcher and Elizabeth Tobin. He died in Head Harbour, Campobello, N.B. on Jan. 24, 1921. He was a sailmaker by trade and had worked for the Saint John fire department. He married Laura Ann Searles May 24, 1865 in Portland, Maine. Charles is buried in Wilson's Beach.
