Campo Bello March 10 1827
I the undersigned do hereby certify that the preceding writing
is a true copy of the List of Men
and Officers in the Campo Bello Company of Militia, under my
command by a commission dated
1 Nov. 1795, which lay dormant of necessity, when the last
American war commenced, in order
to institute a Command under the ? with the Inhabitants of the
next district of the Enemy, approved
by His Majesty's Ministers and the Commander in Chief of the
Forces in this Quarter which Commission was not by me
surrendered.
