Blan was born at Campobello on February 13, 1910. His parents were Bartholomew "Blan" and Arelia "Rhea" Tinker Fletcher. He married Genevieve Alwilda Porter on January 29, 1933. Blan died on April 19 1991 in Machais, Maine. Submitted by Melody Flynn First Photo added January 2007
