My land to be divided as follows - Division to begin at a Sicomore tree behind the pasture, and running north along a line of marked trees to a marked white oak which stands upon a branch oposite James Webbs plantation.
Son William Basye- land on lower side of division with my manor house.
Son Jesse Basye- land on upper side of division.
Sons Edmond Basye, and John Basye- tract of land containing four hundred acres in Prince William County on a branch of Bull Run, to be divided equally among them; son Edmond to have first choice.
Daughter Winefred Basye- one feather bed and furniture, one cow and calf.
Daughter Judith Basye- one feather bed and furniture, one cow and calf.
Rest of moveable estate to wife Elizabeth Basye during her life or widowhood, and then to be equally divided between my four sons and three daughters.
Wife Elizabeth Basye, and two sons William Basye and Jesse Basye, executors.
