Stanley was published by James P. Bell in OUR QUAKER FRIENDS OF
YE OLDEN TIME, (c) 1976, Genealogical Pub., Co., Inc.,
Baltimore, MD. See page 104. Of course Bell didn't preserve
the format of the orginal cerificates, which usually had three
columns of signatures of witnesses, beginning with the names of
the groom and bride.
