I John Cage of Charles County and Providence Maryland. Wife got
Plantation on the freshes of the Wicomica River of 300 acres and
after her death it goes to John Cage. My daughter, Margaret
Rowland, gets one mare and her two daughters get one heifer.
When Ann becomes 16 or is married or becomes of age, then the
remainder of my estate is to bedivided equally between John,
William, and an unborn child and from one to the other to the
longest liver.
