"Do you have any evidence that he was born in South Carolina? We think he might have come from Massachusetts. We think he had a brother named Thompson Phillips, note that Judge James had a son named Thompson. We think that there was a Thompson family who married into the Phillips family, and my research is leading me to investigate the family of James Phillips and Rebecca Brooks of Springfield, MA. He was born in 1727. His father was James Phillips who married Elizabeth Leonard. At this point, I get conflicting views but I believe that his father was George Phillips b. 1656 who married Margaret Thompson. We think that George was the son of Jonathan Phillips and an unknown woman. Jonathan stayed at home with his mother until he was 47, so if George is his son, there might have been another wife? Jonathan Phillips was the son of Rev. George Phillips… "

Mary D. WALLER

1800 - AFT 1870

ID Number: I60555

Father: Joseph WALLER
Mother: Nancy MINOR

Family 1 : Elijah WIGGLESWORTH
  1.  Bennett Nathaniel WIGGLESWORTH
  2.  Absolom WIGGLESWORTH

Notes

Eubelia Waller is living in the Wigglesworth household in1860, 1870, and 1880.
Mary D. Wiglesworth is identified as a granddaughter in Benjamin Waller's will and Mary's son Absalom identified Eubelia as an Aunt in 1880.
As of December 2003, it appears Mary D. Waller Wigglesworth is probably a half sister to Eubelia Waller. Benjamin Waller specifically named the children of his son Joseph by his last wife and Eubelia was in that list although Mary D. was not. Mary D. Wiglesworth is, however, mentioned as a granddaughter along with a Nancy Waller. Unverified sources indicate that Joseph Waller was married three times.
