years of his life. When he was 85, a court appointed a committee
to manage his estate because he was unable to do so."
"Benedict Rust sold Westmoreland Co. property inherited from his
mother & moved to property purchased near White Post, old
Frederick Co. (now Clarke Co) VA. in 1783. His son, John Rust,
b. 1769..surely in Westmoreland Co.; but lived in old Frederick
Co. VA at the time he married Elizabeth Marshall."
