possibly this Daniel buried in Madison Co. KY: Daniel Maupin (1760-1852), at Valley Forge, 1778 and at the surrender of Yorktown. A pensioner. Buried near the Alex Tribble house now known as Cumberland View on U.S. highway 25, south of Richmond.
