John TRABUE

ABT 1742 - BEF 1760

ID Number: I20353

  • RESIDENCE: Goochland & Cumberland Cos. VA
  • BIRTH: ABT 1742, Goochland, VA
  • DEATH: BEF 1760, Cumberland, VA
  • RESOURCES: See: [S180] [S667]
Father: Anthony (Antoine) TRABUE Jr
Mother: Clara (Clark) VERMEILL

Notes

p. 90 "we have not found any further reference to John Trabue in VA records. The Huguenot #24, lists John Trabue, son of Anthony Trabue, Jr., as marrying Ollan Dupuy ca 1764 & their issue: Stephen Trabue b 23 Feb 1766 The Douglas Register lists 23 Feb 1766 as the birth date of the first child shown in this register to Ollan Dupuy & John Trabue. This is most likely Stephen Trabue born 22 Feb 1766 to John James Trabue, son of Antoine & Olympia Dupuy", John Trabue in these records is most likely confused with his uncle, John James Trabue.
