Feliciana from the United States bringing with him several
children by his late wife, and some negroes and other property
which had been his wife's separate property and now belonged to
her children. Further, that the father, James Boon, had been
using and wasting this property, and that his recent behavior
had been such that the two younger children had left him and
were now living with Smith.
11 Jan 1809 - James Boon swears that he has possession of a
negro wench Jenny who has children and grandchildren to the
number of 18, and was the property of his first wife Eunice

of James Boon's minor children and ordered that Jenny and her
increase be restored to the children to defray Smith's expenses
of guardianship.
