Westmoreland Co. VA, plus all his law and gospel books;
gentleman; represented Westmoreland Co in the House of
Burgesses; colonel in VA militia;
his estate probated 26 Jun 1744 in Westmoreland Co,VA; perhaps
second son of Daniel, Sr.;
married 2nd Elizabeth Smith; Will dated 16 May 1744 and proved
26 June 1744 (the latter date was given as date of death ).
