The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas there
is a marriage suddenly intended to be solemnized between the
above bound Benjamin Whitehead and Elizabeth Swepstone, the
Daughter of Richard Swepstone.
If therefore there be no lawful cause to obstruct the same then
the above obligation to be void, else to remain in full force.

1781. Inventory of his personal estate (Negroes, Household
goods, and Plantation tools) amounted to 1313 pds, 10 shillings,
6 1/2 pence, made Sept 10, 1781, filed June 10, 1782.
Children: Richard Whitehead, Jane, Elizabeth, Sarah, William,
Nancy, Mary, Swepson, and Susanna Whitehead to them and their
heirs forever,
