(son of Gideon Harrison), wrote that great grandfather was
Daniel, Sr. of Rockingham Co, VA. Harvey said, "five sons of
Daniel, Sr. came to Madison Co., AL in 1806, from E. TN: Daniel,
Jesse, James, Gideon, and Michael,"
