In May 1875, DBH attended the General Assembly of the Cumberland
Presbyterian church at Jefferson , TX. On the way home, he fell
ill and died at Texarkana, AR on 30 May 1875 [503, p. 5]. Other
information says that DBH was pastor of Pilot Prairie Cumberland
Presby. church in Waldron, AR [503, p. 6].
Daniel Bluford married Mary Elizabeth JOPLIN[503], in Giles Co.
TN.
