Michael Richard Durst , 31, 1867 Pine View Dr., York, passed away Aug. 16, 2004, at York Hospital. Born Nov. 28, 1972, in Meyersdale, he is the son of Shirley ( Durst ) Brinson, Havelock, N.C. In addition to his mother, Mr. Durst is survived by his wife Kimberly ( Durst ) Durst ; three daughters, Victoria Harold, Ashley Harold, both of York, and Rebecca Durst of Havelock, N.C.; one brother, Corey, Alaska; three sisters, Kinzie of New Bern, N.C., K.C. and Kelly, both of Havelock, N.C. Mr. Durst was a welder for Pennsylvania Steel. He attended Cornerstone Assembly of God in Boynton and Calvary Temple Assembly of God in York. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville. A service will be conducted at the funeral home 10 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Thomas Twigg officiating. Interment will be in the St. Paul's Cemetery, Fort Hill. Pallbearers will be Bill Yommer, Merle Durst , Merle Durst II, Caleb Vought, Danny Artice, Bert Artice, Jeff Lowery and Little Danny Artice.
