Estella (Lezak) Mankey, 90, passed away Saturday, April 3, 1999, at the Lifecare Center in Charleston, S.C.

She was born in Connersville, Ohio, and was an Akron area resident for most of her life. She attended St. Nicholas Orthodox Church. She was employed by Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., and was a cook for numerous area restaurants. She was a member of Eastern Star, an avid bowler, and enjoyed playing bingo and traveling to Las Vegas with her sisters.

She was preceded in death by husband, Rufus I., in 1986, and is survived by daughter, Judyann (George) Schnorf of Mount Pleasant, S.C.; stepdaughter, Frances (Gene) Barnes of Florida; brother, John (Mae) Lezak of Akron; sisters, Eunice Chulack of Akron and Olga Conry of Fresno, Calif.; three stepgrandchildren, and six stepgreat-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m., at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, where the body will lie in state one hour prior to services, Very Rev. Fr. T. Stephen Kopestonsky officiating. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends TONIGHT, 6 to 8, at the Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Funeral Home, 95 W. Waterloo Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lowcountry Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 80459, Charleston, S.C. 29416-0459.(Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz, 724-1281.)
