William Moore, (2), son of William Moore and Jane Byer, recorded his mark in Perquimans County, North Carolina on September 1690 with his mother, Jean Byer, he proved rights in Perquimans County April 1696. The Parish Register gives the 5 children of William Moore, by his first wife, Elizabeth McBride.
William died 16 April 1719. His will was proved in Perquimans County, 31 October 1732. Margaret Moore (his second wife) was granted admix. of the estate. Sons: William, John, Joshua, Samuel and Truman (to each a plantation) Daughters: Elizabeth and Jane; Cousin: Robert Bogue

He married/1 to Ann Denman (daughter of Charles and Sarah.)
He was married/2 to Rachel Bogue, born about 1720, daughter of William Bogue and Ellender Perisho. Birth order of children is uncertain. John died 10 March 1746, and his will names 2 children: Charles Moore, Mary Moore

Note that Hanna gave her grandfather as Robert Moore. Further research needs to be done here to prove these families. Robert Moore, Sr. above, does not list a son John, and his children are born later, and Robert Moore, Jr., is too young
Samuel Moore Sr, son of William Moore Jr and Elizabeth McBride, was born in Perquimans County, North Carolina.

He was married to Sarah (Morris ?). Will proved in Perquimans County, North Carolina, on January 1756.
