The Follow Family
William Follow, was born 3 June 1635, in England. His wife was Sarah Follow. It is a supposition that William married his sister Sarah. This was not uncommon at the time. Data is from a letter by B. Fellow to John Hollowell dated 1 November 1988. There is a record of a William born 3 June 1635 and of a Robert born about 1665.
Robert Follow, (Fellow), son of William and Sarah, was born about 1665 England.
He was a Quaker. His actor friends started calling him FELLOW because of his good nature. He assumed the name Robert after Robert of Normandy. One of the Shakespearean actors changed him from a nondescript boy into one of the crowd who wore silver buckled buckskins. Was he one of the first Quakers in the Fellow family, having been married in a Friends meeting house? He was married 19 October 1690, in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England, to Rachel Littleboy.
