The Weberling Family



Henry Fred Weberling, was born 4 August 1869, in Chester, Illinois.

He was married 1898, Steeleville, Illinois, to Marie Dorothea Heitmann. She was born 16 May 1879 in Hanover, Germany. (She had been married to Chris Ohlde.)

He died March 1933, in Orange, California; she died 24 March 1960, Snohomish, Washington; They were both buried in Fairhaven Cemetery, Orange, California, entombment mausoleum.

  1. William Weberling, born and died Steeleville, Illinois

  2. Marie Weberling, born 10 January 1900, Steeleville, Illinois; married/1 17 April 1918, Gifford, Idaho, to Henry William Damman; 5 children; married/2 1958 Lewiston, Idaho, to Alfred Berntsen, who died 18 June 1965, Lewiston, Idaho

  3. Henry Fred Weberling, Jr., born 30 January 1902, Steeleville, Illinois; died 19 February 1970, Snohomish, Washington; married/1 November 1927, Gifford, Idaho, to Emma Louise Riggers; married/2 2 January 1944, Snohomish, to Dorothy Ohlde. 3 children.

  4. Elsie Weberling, born 23 May 1903, Steeleville, Illinois; married/1 December 1920, Gifford, Idaho, Herman Chris Damman, who died 1953; married/2 1956, Idaho, to Thomas Kelley. 4 children

  5. Ernest Weberling, died in Steeleville, Illinois

  6. Arthur Louis Weberling, born 10 October 1908, Campbell Hill, Illinois; Married 4 September 1931, San Diego, California, to Elsie Evelyn Ely-L-53. (See Family Group “L”, Part I)

  7. Herbert George Weberling, born 23 February 1912, Gifford, Idaho; died 27 December 1977, Palm Springs, California; married 1934 in Clarkston, Washington, to Margaret Mellison.
