Frances Bland
Frances Martin Bland, 84, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 1999, in Cumberland. She was born Nov. 25, 1914, in Pontotoc County. She was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witness at Mantee. Services were Tuesday, Oct. 26, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora with burial in Marvin Hill Cemetery in Cumberland. Billy Hood officiated.
Survivors include her husband, Clatie C. Bland; three daughters, Sylvia Roberson, Sara Childress, and Jo Butler, all of Cumberland; one brother, Byron Martin of Oxford; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

EUPORA - Funeral services for Clatie Bland will be conducted at 1 p.m. today from Oliver Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Marvin Hill Cemetery in Webster County. Billy Hood will officiate. Visitation was from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Bland died Sunday, Dec. 19, 1999, at Oktibbeha County Hospital. He was 84. A Webster County native, he was a retired farmer and former employee of Babcock & Wilcox Manufacturing Company. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Mantee. He was a Cumberland resident. He is survived by his daughters, Sylvia Roberson, Sara Childress and Jo Butler, all of Cumberland; sister, Reva B. Ray of Cumberland; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Pearl Gibson
MABEN : Pearl Jackson Stallings Gibson, 87, died Sunday, June 13th, 1999, at Webster Health Services in Eupora. She was born March 1, 1912, in Rogersville, Ala. She was a retired
homemaker and a member of Marvin Hill Congregational Methodist Church in Cumberland. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Wes Stallings; and her second husband, Arthur Gibson.  Services will be at 2 p.m. today, June 15th, 1999 at Marvin Hill Congregational Methodist Church with the Rev. Joe Curtis Stallings and the Rev. Raleigh Richter officiating. Burial will be in Marvin Hill Cemetery. Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora is in charge of the arrangements. 
Survivors include two sons, Dillard Stallings of Houston and Willard Stallings of Cumberland;
one stepdaughter, Bonnie Wyatt of West Point; two stepsons, Ray Gibson of Dothan, Ala., and Billy Gibson of West Point; five grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
 
Pallbearers will be Ladan Taylor, Dan, Lonnie and Bobby Jackson, Louis Davis and Ruble
Alford.
The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to services
