Edna Pepper Scott,

age 97, of Eopara, MS died February 6, 1994 at Webster General Hospitat, Eupora, MS,

Services for Mrs. Edna Pepper Scott, were held .February 8, 1994 at 10:30 a.m. at Cumberland Baptist Church with Rev. James Tidwell, Rev. Mike Stewart, and Rev. Charles Dunn officiating. Burial was in Montevista Baptist Church Cemetery. Wise-Nowell F'uneral Home of Eupora, MS was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Scott was a member of Cumberland Baptist Church.

Mrs. Scott attended Blue Mountain College and taught school for several years at Montevista Elementary. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be sent to favorite charity or church.

She is a survived of one daughter, June S. Meadows, Smithville, MS; two sons, Glenn Scott, Tupelo, MS and Lex Scott, Tupelo, MS; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were John Thomas Roberson, Sonny Fisher, James McGee, Albert Earnest, W. Renford Farley, David Farley, Scott Meadows.

Nora Bell Patterson Vaughan,

age 86, of Aberdeen, MS died February 5, 1994 at Hillcrest Manor.  Services for Mrs. Nora Bell Patterson Vanghan were held February 6, 1994, at 2 p.m. at Adaton Methodist Church in Starkville, MS with Rev. Joe Shurden and Rev. Wayne Howard. Welch Funeral Home Chapel was in charge of arrangements. She is survived by one son, Hilton Patterson of Ackerman; sister, Letha Mitchell of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Tom Christopher of Mathiston, MS and Elbert Christopher of Starkviile, MS; six grandchildren and six great grandchiIdren
