R. H. Ferguson Rites Saturday
Robert Homer Ferguson, 60 died last night at Greenwood Hospital after a
short illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday from Riverside Baptist
Church with Rev. Cecil Mulloy officiating. Graveside services will be held
at 2 p.m. from Providence Cemetery. Williams and Lord is in charge.
Mr. Ferguson operated a grocery store in Money where he lived most of
his life.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Clara Ferguson, Money; four daughters, Miss
Evelyn Ferguson, Memphis; Misses Shirley Ferguson, Gail Ferguson, Faye
Ferguson, a son Jerry Ferguson, all of Money; his mother, Mrs. R. Y.
Ferguson who is living at Maben, Miss.; six brothers, Tom Ferguson,
Greenwood; Harvey Ferguson, Buena Vista; Elmer Ferguson, Grady Ferguson,
Charles Ferguson, John Ferguson, all of Maben, a half-brother, Willie
Ferguson, Hope. Ark.; two sisters, Mrs Pearl Elmore, Belzoni and Mrs.
Sally Blanton, Nettleton.
Pallbearers are Henry Everett, Chism Everett, Chester Everett, James
Turner, Kirk Hobson and J. B. Dickerson.
The body will lie in state at the home in Money. |
