- Army Sgt. Larry R. Arnold, Sr., 46, of Carriere, Mississippi.
Arnold died on in Owesat Village, Iraq, when his armored personnel carrier was hit by an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 150th Combat Engineer Battalion, 155th Brigade Combat Team, Lucedale, Mississippi. Died on June 11, 2005.
- Marine Pfc. Stephen P. Baldwyn, 19, of Saltillo, Mississippi.
Baldwyn died as a result of wounds received from an explosion while conducting combat operations against enemy forces in Nasser Wa Salaam, Iraq. He was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Died on May 9, 2005.
- Army Spc. Bryan Edward Barron, 26, of Biloxi, Mississippi.
Barron died in Haswa, Iraq, when his military vehicle was struck by an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's C Company, 1st Battalion, 155th Infantry, Biloxi, Mississippi. Died on May 23, 2005.
- Army Staff Sgt. Kenneth R. Bradley , 39, of Utica, Mississippi.
Bradley's death in Baqubah, Iraq was non-combat related. He was assigned to 588th Engineer Battalion, Fort Hood, Texas. Died on May 28, 2003.
- Army Cpl. Henry L. Brown , 22, of Natchez, Mississippi.
Died of wounds received from an enemy rocket attack south of Baghdad. He was assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 64th Field Armor Regiment, Fort Stewart, Georgia. Died on April 8, 2003.
- Army Spc. Larry K. Brown , 22, of Jackson, Mississippi.
Killed in action in Iraq. He was assigned to C Company, 1st Battalion, 41st Infantry Regiment, Fort Riley, Kansas. Died on April 5, 2003.
- Army Spc. Joshua I. Bunch , 23, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Bunch died in Baghdad, Iraq, when individuals using small arms fire and rocket-propelled grenades attacked his vehicle. He was assigned to the 91st Engineer Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. Died on August 6, 2004.
- Army Spc. James A. Chance III , 25, of Kokomo, Mississippi.
Chance died in Husaybah, Iraq of injuries sustained when his vehicle struck a landmine. He was assigned to C Company, 890th Engineer Battalion, Army National Guard, based in Columbia, Mississippi. Died on November 6, 2003.
- Marine 2nd Lt. Therrel Shane Childers , 30, of Harrison County, Mississippi.
Killed in action in southern Iraq. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, Camp Pendleton, California. Died on March 21, 2003.
- Army Sgt. 1st Class Sean M. Cooley , 35, of Ocean Springs, Mississipp.
Cooley died in Northern Babil Province, Iraq, when his vehicle was struck by an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the 150th Engineer Battalion, 155th Armor Brigade, Lucedale, Mississippi. Died on February 3, 2005.
- Army Sgt. Travis S. Cooper, 24, of Macon, Mississippi.
Cooper died in Balad, Iraq, from wounds sustained the previous day in Baghdad, Iraq, when an inprovised explosive device exploded near the vehicle he was searching. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 2nd Battalion, 114th Field Artillery Regiment, Starkville, Mississippi. Died on July 16, 2005.
- Army Spc. Raphael S. Davis , 24, of Tutwiler, Mississippi.
Davis died of injuries suffered when his vehicle was hit by an improvised explosive device in Tampa, Iraq. He was assigned to C Company, 223rd Engineer Battalion, Army National Guard, based in Calhoun City, Mississippi. Died on December 2, 2003.
- Army Staff Sgt. Jeffrey F. Dayton , 27, of Caledonia, Mississippi.
Dayton died in Baghdad, Iraq, when a vehicle approached his unit and the driver detonated a bomb. He was assigned to 4th Battalion, 27th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Armored Division, Baumholder, Germany. Died on April 29, 2004.
- Marine Lance Cpl. Roger W. Deeds, 24, of Biloxi, Mississippi.
Deeds died as a result of enemy small arms fire while conducting combat operations against enemy forces during Operation Steel Curtain in Ubaydi, Iraq. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, his unit was attached to 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward). He was assigned to Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Pendleton, California. Died on November 16, 2005.
- Army Spc. Jeremiah J. Digiovanni , 21, of Tylertown, Mississippi.
Digiovanni died when two 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters crashed in Mosul, Iraq. He was assigned to 4th Battalion, 101st Aviation Regiment, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Died on November 15, 2003.
- Army Staff Sgt. Clint D. Ferrin ,31, of Picayune, Mississippi.
Ferrin died in Baghdad, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device struck his military vehicle. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 504th Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Died on March 13, 2004.
- Army Staff Sgt. Brian L. Freeman, 27, of Caledonia, Mississippi
Freeman died in Baghdad, Iraq, when a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonated near his dismounted patrol. He was assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Carson, Colorado. Died on November 7, 2005.

Heidelberg died when two 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters crashed in Mosul, Iraq. He was assigned to 1st Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Died on November 15, 2003.
- Army Sgt. Joshua S. Ladd , 20, of Philadelphia, Mississippi.
Ladd died in Mosul, Iraq, when his convoy vehicle hit an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 367th Maintenance Company, DeKalb, Mississippi. Died on May 1, 2004.
- Marine Sgt. Jonathan W. Lambert , 28, of Newsite, Mississippi.
Lambert died at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany, as a result of injuries he suffered when his HMMWV rolled over on May 26 in Iraq. He was assigned to the Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division, Camp Pendleton, California. Died on June 1, 2003.

- Army Spc. Robert A. McNail , 30, of Meridian, Mississippi.
McNail died in Iskandariyah, Iraq, when his HMMVW struck another military vehicle. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 150th Combat Engineer Battalion, 155th Brigade Combat Team, Quitman, Mississippi. Born September 16, 1974 & Died on February 11, 2005.
- Army Sgt. 1st Class Clarence D. McSwain, 31, of Meridian, Mississippi.
McSwain died in Baghdad, Iraq, of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his convoy vehicle during combat operations. He was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Died on June 8, 2006.

During Operation Iraqi Freedom, his unit was attached to 2nd FSSG, II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward). Died on June 8, 2005.

- Cpl. Dustin J. Lee & Lex , 20 of Mississippi.
Jerome Lee of Stonewall, MS was serving in the 3/14 G Battery, 3rd platoon in Falluja when he was killed. Jerome Lee said his son died of injuries suffered in a mortar attack.
