I, Susan Shelby, of Lake Como, Jasper County, Mississippi being twenty-one years of age and of sound and disposing mind makes this my last will and testament. I give, divide and bequeath all my estate and property, real and personal as follows to wit:

1st to Rob Rambo with whom I am now living, I give the SW ¼ of NW ¼ Section 20, Township 3, Range 11.
2nd to Ludie Campbell and Rosa Campbell, I give jointly and in equal interests the SE ¼ of NW ¼ Section 20, Township 3, Range 11.
3rd to Albert and Hodgee Campbell, I give jointly and in equal interests the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ Section 19, Township 3, Range 11.
4th to Claudie Lassiter and Martha Denson, I give jointly and in equal interests the SE ¼ of NE ¼ Section 19, Township 3, Range 11.
5th to Oree Shelby and Denson Shelby, I give jointly and in equal interests the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 20, Township 3, Range 11.
6th to Bob Lee and Chester Myers, I give jointly and in equal parts interests the NE ¼ of NW ¼ Section 20, Township 3, Range 11.
All of the above described lands lying and being in the Second District of Jasper County, State of Mississippi
----------- other property of --- --- --- --- seized and possessed, I give to my beloved daughter-in-law, Adline Rambo, in whose home I now reside.
8th, I appoint as the executor of this Will, Robert L. Lee of Louin, Jasper County, Mississippi and hereby expressly relieve him from making bond as executor.
9th, my body I give to the dust from whence I came and my soul to the God who gave it.

In witness where of I have signed published and declared this instrument as my Will and Testament in said County.
This the 25th day of July A. D. 1929.

This day personally appeared before me and the undersigned Clerk of the Chancery Court of said County,

Sam Whitman and George Terral credible and competent subscribing witnesses to a certain instrument of writing filed in my office on the 20 day of January A. D. 1932 purporting to be the last will and testament of Susan Shelby, deceased late of Jasper County in said State and said Witnesses having here by me first duly sworn on oath say:

That the said Susan Shelby on the 25 day of July A. D. 1929 the day of the date of said instrument at Bay Springs, Mississippi freely and without any restraint or undue influence known to them, signed, published with declared said instrument to be her last will and testament in the presence of the said subscribing witnesses: the said testatrix was then of sound and disposing mind and more than twenty-one years of age that they the said deponents, then and there at the special instance and request and in the presence of the said testatrix and in the presence of each other subscribed and attested said instrument as witnesses to the signature and publication, there of that said testatrix, at the time of said attestation by said deponents was mentally capable of recognizing and actually conscious of said act of attestation and that they the subscribing witnesses were at the time of said attestation competent witnesses under the laws of the state of Mississippi.
