We have not been able to find grave sites of John Batiste Coleman or Mary Morgan Coleman Goff and have not been able to find any confirmation of Civil War service. Coleman could have lived at Lyman. Death Certificate states he died at McHenry where he worked at maybe a turpentine still. Mary Goff was living at McCallum which is located 3 miles south of Hattiesburg but we cannot find death certificate.

COMMENTS   Looking for some other information, I came across a gravestone for E J Temples, Co. E, 37th MS Infantry, buried in Sharon Cemetery. I have looked in the roster of soldiers for the 37th and cannot locate him there. I do find: William Temple, Lorenzo J Temples, Needham H Temples and William Temples listed but nothing that points to an E J. Is there anyway of telling who this E J Temples was?
