Were you baptized?
Was there a church/family cemetery?
Are family members buried there?
What were your parents like?
 What did they do for a living?
 What kind of jobs did the relatives have?
 Were there any other relatives or boarders living with you?
 Did you ever make visits to other family members? Who?
 did you own a car? What kind?
 How did you celebrate the holidays?
 Who were your neighbors?
 Were all your friends black?
 Did you have any interracial relationships/friendships?
 What type of meals did you have growing up?
 Was there something unique your family made to eat?
 did you live on a farm or in town?
 Did you have any special craft, talent, or hobby?
