Boone:

Daniel Boone, Seige of 1788 Indian Wars, Fort Boonesborough,Ky.,- (MO.) June 11, 1800, Delassus, Lieutenant-Governor, appointed him commandant, or sydic, of Femme Osage District, which office he accepted. He retained his command, which included both civil and military duties.
Nathan Boone- Indian war of 1812,commission as captain from President Monroe in March, 1812. August, 1832, he was commissioned captain of dragoons by President Jackson, and during President Polk's administration he was promoted to major of dragoons. In 1850 he was again promoted, and received his commission as lieutenant-colonel of dragoons from President Filmore;

Heinrich Mische - Johann Heinrich Christoph August Mische - "Henry Mische" served in the Union Army in the Civil War.  He was a Private.  He was a voluntary infantry in Company C, 49th Missouri Infantry.  He served the Union forces from August 31, 1864 through August 2, 1865.  He was honorably discharged.  Henry died July of 1910 and is buried in Smith Creek UMC cemetery in Warrenton, MO.  He was the son of Johann Conrad Mische and Fredericke Dorothea Nolting. He is buried in Smith Creek cemetery. Karen Mische
