| Warren Co., Land Deeds Book This indenture made the Thirteenth day of September eighteen hundred and thirty four by and between Daniel Boone Callaway of the first part and Alexander McKenney of the second part all of the county of Warren and State of Missouri...[Daniel Boone Callaway] ...has this day bargained and sold...all title claim interest... to the estate of his father Flanders Callaway deceased consisting of lands Slaves and personal property agreeable to the last Will and testament of the said Flanders Calloway deceased said Will bearing date the fourteenth day of December eighteen hundred and twentyfour...also all the interest and claim he the said Daniel Boone Callaway has lawfully in the Estate of Jemima Callaway deceased widow of the said Flanders Callaway deceased in the year eighteen hundred and thirty four without a Will the said Flanders Callaway died about the year eighteen hundred and twenty nine.
