UPDATE

According to an email from Shannon Butler Ventuleth the family members (some in the photo below) are: William Bright Smith and wife, Judy  Branstetter. Their children included William Carl Smith, Charles L. Smith, Cecil Buck Smith, Rosa Merle Smith Seitz, Harold Smith and Clifford Smith.

William Bright Smith was the son of James Smith and Nancy Stephens. Shannon said that Nancy Stephens was the sister of her great-grandmother, Thersa Stephens Butler.
 
 

All that is known about this photograph is written on the back - "Bright Smith's Family."

The photo was part of the collection of Bessie (Davis)Teten.
