REEDS SPRING---Charles Hervey Butler, 84, longtime resident of Reeds Spring, died at 4 p.m. Thurday in his home.
He is survived by his wife, Bertha May, of the home; a son, Tommy, Reeds Spring; a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn James, Reeds Spring; a brother Frank, Joplin; and three grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held at the Reeds Spring High School with Rev. John Daly officiating. Burial was in Yocum Pond Cemetery under direction of Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Reeds Spring, Mo. (From original clipping - no identifying source.)
