Stone County Photo Album According to Laura Hazelwood who submitted this picture, "This photo had to have been taken prior to March 1925, which is when Nancy Jane (Foster) Edwards passed away. According to the back of the photo The older woman in black, seated, is Nancy Jane (Foster) Edwards. Seated next to her is "Allie" Foster. Samuel Edwards (Nancy's son) is standing behind Nancy to the left. The other two men are not positively identified, though it is believed they are Fosters and related to Nancy Jane. I suspect one of the men is Charles Craycraft Foster, and perhaps Allie is his wife. The other man is unknown to me."

"Nancy Jane and Charles C. Foster, and Samuel Edwards are all buried in the Cape Fair Cemetery. Nancy was the daughter of Isiah (Joseph) Foster and Susan Emmaline Finch. Nancy married first Emmanuel Edwards who died at the age of 25 leaving Nancy with two children, Samuel and Mary Emmaline Edwards. Nancy later married Jerry Morris, who raised the two Edwards children as his own. If anyone can positively identify the two Foster men and the younger Foster woman to me, I would be very grateful. I am also willing to exchange information that I have with anyone who is researching the Edwards/Foster/Branstetter lines in Stone County."
