• William Millstead was a veteran of WWI. He was born . May 08, 1918, Chaffee, Missouri and died December 22, 1985, Lutesville, Missouri.
  
  
• His parents: James Henry Millstead and Odena (Kern) Millstead.
  She later remarried John Garner.

• I know that his father (James Henry Millstead) died when he was just a few months old.
