Frank Emil Marchand was born at St. Clair in Franklin County, Missouri, on November 29, 1881, the son of Louis and Matilda (Straub) Marchand. Frank moved to Bonne Terre with his parents when he was 8 years old and spent the rest of his life in the Bonne Terre area. Frank never married, but still managed to live a very full and useful life. Frank died on June 10, 1967, at the age of 85 years, and was buried on June 13, 1967, in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery which is located just North of Bonne Terre, Missouri. |
