GRADUATION AT FLANERY SCHOOL

The Flanery School, District 41, had its closing exercises on Friday evening, April 18th at 8:00 p.m.

Those in the graduating class were Wanda Smith, Murrill Cheeseborough, Jane Anderson and Earline Scott. The class colors were pink and blue; the class flower pink carnation and the class motto: "Not Finished, Just Begun."

The following program was rendered: Invocation, Rev. Norman Jackson; Songs, What a Friend We Have in Jesus; God Bless America; Address, Mrs. E. P. Goggins, Principal Mitchell School; Presentation of Diplomas and Certificates, Mr. Crabdree; Song, The Dandelions; Benediction, Rev. Jackson.

Mr. Crabdree has successfully taught the school for two years and has been elected for the third term.
