The above photo and the one below were submitted by Sharon Smith. Her
husband is a g-g-grandson of Ida Snyder Smith who was a daughter of Barry Lansdom Snyder
(b. March 22, 1849, d. March 29, 1939) and Melissa Ann (Cook) Snyder (b. June 4, 1845, d.
Oct. 10, 1934). Most of the Snyders were from Farmington, Bonne Terre, and
surrounding areas in St. Francois County, Missouri. The above photo was taken at
Desloge City Park at a family reunion held about 1950. Sharon would appreciate assistance
in identifying any of the individuals in these photos. Please click HERE to e-mail Sharon.

Additional Information: Sharon was contacted by someone in January 2005 who
advised that the first couple standing on the far right (second row) in above photo is
Jean Momot and Frank Momot (now deceased) and the girl standing next to Jean is believed
to be Jean's sister, JoAnn (Mrs. John) McDowell. Also, this person advised Sharon
that the parents of Jean and JoAnn (who were named Snyder) are the couple in the
middle of that row, but she can't recall their first names. Jean and JoAnn both
presently reside in Farmington. Sharon also has been contacted by a couple of
individuals who have referred to this reunion as the "Eaves Reunion" so some of
the folks pictured may be named Eaves.
