Lawsons celebrate 50th wedding anniversaryShelby and Frank Lawson were married January 22, 1955, at The First Church of God parsonage in Leadwood, Missouri, with Rev. John R. Becker officiating. They celebrated their 50th anniversary by renewing their vows on November 13, 2004, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on the Little Pigeon River. Rev. Rob Brennon of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, officiated in the vow renewal with several friends from the Park Hills area in attendance. They were honored by a reception given by their three children and families on January 22, 2005, at the Banquet Room of the Leadwood District Fire Department with several friends and family members in attendance.
