Pinkstons celebrate 25th wedding anniversary
On June 18, 2005, Connie (Hurst) and Kevin Pinkston of Bonne Terre, along with
their children, parents, grandparents, many relatives and friends celebrated their 25th
wedding anniversary. They were married June 14, 1980 in Desloge. Their parents are Dale
and Pat Pinkston of Ste. Genevieve and Charles and Joyce Hurst of St. Mary. Grandparents
are MM Delmar Boyd, the late Doris (Moore) Boyd and the late MM Earl Lowe. A surprise DVD
presentation included photos of beloved grandparents Edward and Louise Hurst and Austin
and Alta Pinkston which made them realize how much joy they'd brought to each other and
family members throughout the years.
The couple renewed their vows during a special 5 p.m. mass at Immaculate
Conception Catholic Church in St. Mary. "Father Rich" blessed their rings and
gave the couple a special anniversary blessing. A reception and dinner followed the
ceremony at the Immaculate Conception Parish Hall with their Best Man "Jimmy"
Wirth and Maid of Honor Judy (Tucker) Hartz in attendance to help make their day special.
Connie and Kevin have three sons, Jason [and Rachelle] Pinkston, Rodney and
Dustin Pinkston all of Ste. Genevieve County.
