Kings celebrate 60th anniversary

Orville and Glenda King of Farmington recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family get-together at their home.

Orville and Glenda were married on November 9, 1945, in Fredericktown. Mrs. King is the former Glenda Kinder of Fredericktown.

Their children are Michael King and wife Valerie, Newbury, Berkshire, England; Richard King, Bismarck, Missouri; Dr. Ronald King and wife Carmel, Dallas, Texas; Charlotte Bates and husband Charles, Topeka, Kansas; Sharon King, La Crosse, Florida; and Randall King and wife Mitzi, Azle, Texas. They have eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
