WM. CRABDREE CHARGED
WITH CRIMINAL ASSAULT
Wm. Crabdree, who conducts a restaurant and pool room at
Elvins, was arrested on two criminal charges this week. He is charged with selling
intoxicating liquor and making an assault with intent to kill on Joe Downs, who is
prosecuting witness in both cases.

with a club. Downs statements are corroborated by other witnesses.
