Clyde Selzer, U.S. Navy, served on the destroyer U.S.S.
Bennion and participated in the invasions of Saipan, Tinian, Palau Islands, Leyte, Surigao
Straits, Minloro, Lingayen Gulf, Iwo Jima and Okinawa.
Selzer was the son of the late William
and Ann Selzer of Bonne Terre. He graduated
with the class of 1943.
He died in Florida June 26, 1992.
