State vs. Frank POWELL, robbery; motions for new trial and arrest overruled.

State vs. James MURRAH, robbery; motions for new trial and arrest overruled. Appeal taken to the Supreme Court.

State vs. George HORN, murder, motion for new trial overruled.

Twelfth annual settlement of John GIESSING, administrator of the estate of Mary KOLLMEYER, filed and approved.

Tennessee WARREN vs. James WARREN, divorce; decree and custody of children, Mary and Walter, granted plaintiff.

Wm. RINGLING vs. Harvey THURMAN, appeal, continued on application of defendant and at his cost.

St. Francois County Bank vs. Geo. A. MILLER, note; continued by consent to August term. Same dispositions as to case of bank vs. Marshall HENSON, Charles PENSON, Wm. ROSENSTENGEL, Marsha A. ROSS, Peter POLITTE, Bert CLEVELAND, J. E. GILBERT and P. M. MAYBERRY.

Searing MARSH vs. Valentine HUGHES, continued by consent to August term.

Alice WHALEY vs. Erastus WHALEY, divorce; decree granted.

State vs. George HORN, murder; motion for new trial overruled.

State vs. Jas. HARRIS et al., murder; continued at cost of defendant until August term.

Ada FARMER vs. Albert FARMER, divorce; decree granted.

R. P. WILSON vs. Nancy WILSON, divorce; dismissed at cost of plaintiff.

C. E. CHAPLINSKY vs. L. M. CHAPLINSKY, divorce; dismissed at cost of plaintiff.

Sarah MARSH vs. Searing MARSH, divorce; decree granted.

Louisa DEMPSEY vs. J. Marshall DEMPSEY, divorce; decree granted and maiden name of DOUGHERTY restored.

J. S. CLAY, administrator, vs. Walter and Ophelia MOORE, appeal; bond filed and approved; continued at cost of defendant.

Alice RINGER vs. Thomas RINGER, divorce; decree granted, also care of children and $700 alimony.

Grace BRINER vs. Walter B. BRINER, divorce; decree granted.

Eva DAWSON vs. Leroy DAWSON, divorce; decree granted.

F. L. HEACKER vs. Adaline HEACKER, divorce; decree granted.

Ollie DOOLEY vs. Leslie DOOLEY, divorce; decree granted.

Margaret BRANHAM vs. John BRANHAM, divorce; decree granted.

Laura THURMAN vs. Hillory THURMAN, divorce; decree granted.

Daisy VOGEL vs. Louis VOGEL, divorce; decree granted.

Thomas HUNT vs. St. L. I.M. & S. Ry. Co., damages; trial by jury and verdict for plaintiff in sum of $130 rendered.

T. M. ROBERTS excused as a petit juror.

Cape Girardeau & Chester Ry. Co. vs. Louis BLECHIE, right of way, verdict assessing defendant's damages at $40 over first tract and $700 over second tract. Motions for new trials and arrest of judgment were filed and overruled. Appeal granted to St. Louis Court of Appeals.

James HOLLEY vs. Ollie HOLLEY, divorce, decree granted.

Emma MACKLEY vs. Wm. MACKLEY, divorce; decree granted.

State vs. Clarence MARLER, murder; plea of guilty to manslaughter in the fourth degree and sentenced to three years in the reform school.

Cape Girardeau & Chester Ry. Co. vs. Frederick KERN, condemnation; continued to August term. The same disposition was made of the same kind of cases against Theo. WINGERTER and Theresa DEAN.

Saline Valley Ry. Co. vs. Ellen M. NASH, condemnation; continued.

Belle STALEY vs. Samuel STALEY, divorce; decree granted.

Fred STRICKLAND vs. Doe Run Lead Co., damages; continued to first day of civil docket.

St. Francois County Bank vs. G. JOHNSON et al., note; trial by jury and verdict rendered in favor of defendants.

Jacob KARN vs. Ill. So. Ry. Co., appeal from justice of the peace; trial by court and verdict for $50, which was doubled.

P. Z. McDANIEL vs. Ill. So. Ry. Co., appeal from justice of the peace; continued by consent to August term.

Same as to cases of Chas. M. TAYLOR and John P. KARN vs. Ill. So. Ry. Co.

Same as to case of W. S. WHITLOCK vs. Jas. MURPHY, damages.

State vs. Jas. HARRIS et al., murder; continued to August term at cost of defendants.

Petit jury excused.

Attachment ordered for Ed. CANTER, witness in case of State vs. Jas. HARRIS et al., murder.

W. C. NORWINE vs. New York Life Insurance Co., jury waived by defendant and plaintiff takes voluntary [non?] suit.

Lang & Bro. vs. J. S. GOSSOM, account; judgment for $32.75 for plaintiff.

C. D. BAILEY vs. J. W. BUCHANAN, judgment for defendant. Appeal granted to St. Louis Court of Appeals.

Chas. E. COLE vs. Eva McLAUGHLIN, continued until August term, cost of same to go with result of case.

Grand jury filed its final report and was discharged.

Frank POWELL granted an appeal to Supreme Court and bond fixed at $3000.

State ex rel. Garrett & Co. vs. John A. SPROTT et al., judgment for defendants by consent.

State ex rel. Brown Forman Co., bond; judgment for defendants.

Joseph STATLER vs. Mary E. COLE; continued by agreement.

State vs. Richard PARKER, charged with murder; discharged as grand jury failed to find a bill against him.

State vs. WHITTEN and SPRADLING; fined $50 each and sentenced to 5 days in county jail.

Minerva SHEETS vs. M.R. & B.T. Ry. Co., damages; continued.

Chas. ADAMS, T. V. BROWN and Jacob SCHAEFER sworn in as deputy sheriffs.

State vs. Wm. J. EAVES and Jesse D. LEVEL, larceny; plea of guilty and sentenced to two years in the penitentiary.

W. M. THOMPSON and B. I. MORRIS vs. St. Louis I.M. & S. Ry. Co., damages; trial by court and judgment for plaintiffs for $114 and same is ordered doubled. Appeal taken.

State vs. George HORN, murder; sentenced to be hanged on August 19. Appeal granted to Supreme Court.

M. S. SIMPSON, assignee of Ed. ROBERTS, files settlement. Same is approved and order made to sell accounts.

G. W. TAUSSIG vs. John B. HIGHLEY, title; judgment for plaintiff.

Newell COOK vs. Carleton Institute, account; appeal granted.
