FRANK POWELL PAROLED

Frank Powell, who had a little more than a year of 10 years sentence to serve, has been paroled by Governor Gardner. He was released February 14. He reported to John Ball, to whom he was paroled Saturday last. He left the first of the week for St. Louis, Okla., where he will be employed by his brother, Henry who is a mine contractor. Powell was convicted of murder in the second degree in the circuit court at Farmington. The case was the result of the shooting of a foreigner at Rivermines.
