handwriting on the bottom of the photo is that of the contributor's
mother. From the contributor:
"My mother grew up in Chaffee.
Her name was Zora (Hood) Carbaugh, daughter of James
Lawrence Hood who resided at 205 Black Avenue in Chaffee."
