Bethel Baptist Church Silent Hill Cemetery I have several relatives buried in the Silent Hill Cemetery in Scott Co, MO. It is located southwest of Blodgett. Many people know it as the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, however, United States Geological Survey shows it to be the Silent Hill Church Cemetery. I do not know how old the cemetery is but I have a relative buried there in 1890. My grandmother was buried there in 1923. I am not very familiar with the area but will try to give directions. Leaving Blodgett heading south on the road that connects Blodgett and Sikeston, you cross I-55. About three hundred feet past the I-55 crossing there is a sign with Bethel Baptist Church on it. A road turns to the right at the Church sign. You take this road about one mile and will come to an intersection - turn right and go about 7/10 of a mile. The Church and cemetery will be on your left.
