Andrew Wesley McKay and his wife Mary Elizabeth Browitt.
Wesley moved to Missouri where he met and married Elizabeth in Adair County.
They owned and operated McKay's Cafe in Marshall, Missouri until Wesley died in 1954.
In later years Elizabeth and her son Keith ran McKay's Wings,
a smorgasbord located in the municipal airport building.
