This picture and the next were sent to me by another Elder researcher,
Linda Adams. This is Martha Eleanor Elder, sibling of Lineas and Alexander Johnson Elder
Martha was born 15 September 1833 in Jackson County, Ohio and died 28 December 1907
in Chillicothe, Ross County, Ohio. She married Joseph Oakes (see next photograph).
