Stoddard County. I am a GGGGranddaughter of Benjamin and Savannah. They
were married 12 Sept 1837. I am researching the MCNAIL Family of Reynolds
County Benjamin's father was John T MCNAIL b abt 1768 in VA or PA and
moved to Missouri abt 1799. Other names researching: MCNAIL STOUT

Feb? 1893 to Jacob SUTTON of Iron co. Jacob died in 1903, They had 4
children, Mabel, Eugene, Birdie, and Myra. They lived near Arcadia or Sabula.
Jacob died 1903 and Cora married Bob CANTOR. Cora Belle died May 26
1922 and is buried in the cemetery at Doe Run. Her mothers maiden name was
possibly SCOTT or JACKSON. I was told by her son Eugene that her Cora's
mother was Cherokee. Cora was born in 1860, maybe she was previously
married, we dont know. Any help would be appreciated.

Looking for information on Elisha NICHOLAS, father of Jane who married Hugh
CHITWOOD in Scott County, TN bef 1835. Jane was born in TN in 1815. Hugh
and Jane settled on Upper Logan's Creek about 1852/53. I have a land patent
dated 1859 also. I am not sure that Elisha was in MO but he was mentioned in the
AGBI as having been born in VA in 178?--the primary reference was to "A
History of Pioneer Families of Missouri" by Will. S. Bryan et al. St. Louis, MO
1876, p 362. I have not seen the primary reference. Perhaps he followed or came
with the couple to MO. Also looking for the family of Abraham BUFORD.
Abraham was a brother to my gggrandmother Elizabeth Buford ROBINSON. I
can find nothing about either family. I know Abraham was born in Lesterville,
Reynolds County 1840 and died there in 1912. Elizabeth married Henderson
CHITWOOD bef 1867. Elizabeth was born 5 Nov 1847 in Reynolds County.

Searching for information on my grandmother's family. Her name was Rosa
Blanche WHITE, and she was born in Reynolds Co. in 1902. Her father was Elijah
WHITE and Elisa or Eliza TROLINGER. I got info from a 1880 census in Dade
Co. with an Elijah and an Eliza, with children Zella and John. Also living with the
family was a brother, Joseph White. Is this the same family? If so, Eliza would have
been 45 when Rosa was born.

1880 bcensus as a servant for the I. Frank Reed family (her brother in law and
sister) Meschach Bess b. @ 1855 and he was renting from nathaniel Munger in
1880 Arkadelphia Bess b. @ 1862. Sarah Best-Bess dies between 1862 and 65
as a new wife named Elvira appears on the 1870 census. The had one son William
Bess b. @ 1869 HELP!!!! I will swap anything AND ALL I have on the Bess
family.
