Dearborn Community Cemetery
In 1889 one acre of land, joining the Stafford Cemetery, was purchased from Mrs. C. A. Stafford by Rowley Lodge No. 204, of Dearborn, Missouri, and called the Masonic Cemetery. Several years later two more acres on the North were purchased from William McInturg. In 1849 this cemetery was turned over to the Dearborn Community Cemetery Association. Shortly after, one half acre of land was purchased on the East from Ray Stevenson. in 1966 one acre on the NE was purchased from Roger Manville and he gave one quarter.

Albert Dean was elected Secretary-Treasurer of the Cemetery Board in 1949, offices he still holds, and his dedicated efforts are largely responsible for the perpetual care now available for this cemetery.
