All submissions for the Missouri Pioneers Registry should be made by completing the form below. Using this form will ensure that all required info is sent. Make sure to include what documentation you found them on, i.e., 1850 census, bible record etc.

Please READ all instructions before submitting an entry. Also check to make sure the surname you would like to have added hasn't been already entered by someone else.

INSTRUCTIONS

PIONEER NAME -- Please list all surnames in UPPERCASE. Please list their LAST/family/maiden names first. If you want to supply more information about the children, then list each child as the pioneer under his/her own separate entry.

SPOUSE NAME -- Please list all surnames in UPPERCASE. Please list their LAST/family/maiden name first. If you want to supply more information about the spouse (husband or wife), then list the spouse as the pioneer under his/her own separate entry. If there are two spouses, please make two listings and put (1) and (2) after the spouse's names.

BYEAR (birth year) -- When the pioneer was born before or during 1890. If you are unsure of the birth year of the pioneer, then estimate and use a ? after the year (####?).

SYEAR (settle year) -- When the pioneer first settled (or was born) in Missouri before or during 1890. If you are unsure of the settle year of the pioneer, then estimate and use a ? after the year (####?), or use "before" with a year (bef 1860).

TOWN or TWP -- Town or Township where the pioneer first settled in Missouri. Town or Township are in the same field. Please use "TWP" to identify a township.

COUNTY -- County where the pioneer first settled in Missouri. Please list the county only in the county field. Please do not abbreviate the county name. (For the city of St. Louis, please put "St. Louis" in the TOWN field, and "(City)" in the COUNTY field.)
